Behaviour constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically wagering on low-risk outcomes solely to meet wagering requirements, group arrangements designed to circumvent promotional conditions, or any pattern of play reasonably determined by be888 to be exploitative — will result in forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
7.4 be888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds not claimed within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on be888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing any wager.
8.2 be888 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, placed at erroneous odds, or placed after the relevant event has commenced in circumstances where the Platform failed to suspend the relevant market in time. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. be888 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will communicate significant downtime in advance where possible.
12.3 be888's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant event.
13.1 You may close your be888 Account at any time by contacting our support team via on-site live chat. Any verified Real Funds balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
13.2 be888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold associated balances pending investigation, where it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or any conduct that poses risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
13.3 Where be888 closes an Account for reasons attributable solely to be888 (e.g., market exit from a jurisdiction), verified Real Funds balances will be refunded in full within a reasonable period.
be888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, be888 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email, on-site notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be indicated at the top of this document. Continued use of the be888 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
